Types of Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a balanced and grounding practice with a slower pace and gentle movements that brings strength, alignment and breath awareness. Discover moving your body into new shapes.

Yin Yoga is a deeply meditative style that focuses on long-help poses that targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments and fashia.

Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation also known as "yogic sleep", it induces a deep relaxation and a state of conscious awaremess while the body remains deeply rested.

Option to weave any of these modalities into a single offering. Starting with Yin Yoga or Hatha Yoga then ending with Yoga Nidra is a nourishing way to solidify the practice Or combinining a Hatha and Yin practice. Sound healing can also be added.

Each class is designed for all levels, including beginnners. Modifications are offered throughout the practice so you can move at your own pace adn comfort.

Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and any personal props you like to use. I have props available if you don't have your own.

You can expect a welcoming and supportive environment, a gentle flow of postures guided by breath, and time for relaxation at the end.
