Wanders last 2-3 hours. Reciprocity is $15-$35 per person.

Frequently asked questions

Dress comfortable with appropriate layers for the weather and being outdoors. Wear a sunhat.

Wear shoes that are comfortable to walk in on uneven surfaces.

Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.

The average length is typically two hours. However, the duration can vary depending on factors such as the location and number of participants. Each walk closes with a tea ceremony.

Most people can participate in Forest Therapy, regardless of age or fitness level. The sessions are designed to be accessible, with a focus on relaxation and mindfulness rather than physical expertion.

The number of participants can vary. From an individual one-on-one to small groups of 5-12 people and up to larger groups of 20. This ensures a personalized experience.
